Employers Council’s 2022 Colorado Rural Electric Association Compensation Survey provides wage and salary information from 22 rural electric associations for 52 positions. Salary data are displayed by employment size.
The survey also includes compensation costs as a percent of operating revenue and total revenue, average entry-level hiring rates for inside and outside positions, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) rates of pay for office and field personnel, and flexible work schedules.
