Miller joined Employers Council as an employment law attorney in February 2023. His practice focuses on advising and representing employers on a range of legal issues related to the employment relationship. Prior to joining Employers Council, Miller clerked on the Colorado Court of Appeals and served as a civil litigation fellow in the Denver City Attorney's Office. Miller is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, where he received a concentration in labor and employment law.
