Kim Robinson is a consultant, trainer, and facilitator on the Integrated Human Capital Services team at Employers Council. Kim has over 20 years’ experience in various Human Resources leadership and coaching roles in health care, nonprofits, consulting services, and banking & finance. Kim has facilitated team and leadership development using the various tools, including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. Kim holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, is SHRM-SCP certified and is a qualified Denison Culture Survey facilitator.
When not supporting Employers Council members, Kim can be found in her vegetable garden, reading a good novel, and hiking with her cattle dog, Dora.
