I am a Human Resources Consultant here at Employers Council with a passion for helping organizations drive business success through employee success and build exceptional workplaces. I joined the Council in 2022 and bring 13 years of HR experience in the areas of Talent Management, HR Process Improvement, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition and Strategic Planning.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology from the University of Evansville and began my career working with startups to help build their HR infrastructures from scratch. I've also worked in nonprofits, healthcare and manufacturing.
On a personal level, I'm a originally from Memphis, TN but now live in Gulfport, Mississippi with my beagle Willow. I love kayaking, British Premier League Soccer (Go Liverpool!), Cold Stone Creamery, Road Trips to any Lake, good books (mystery and historical fiction are my two favorite genres), and any form of a lazy river.
