Chelsea Jensen has been a Human Resource Consultant at Employers Council since 2014. She works with a variety of employers and conducts training on topics such as policy development, business essentials, as well as employee engagement and retention. Prior to her work at Employers Council, Chelsea was a Benefits Specialist at a large bank in Buffalo, NY. She received her MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Niagara University located near Niagara Falls, NY. Chelsea is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management as a Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and the HR Certificate Institute (HRCI) as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
