Mary is a staff attorney on the California Legal Services Team. Mary is licensed California and has been admitted to the Supreme Court Bar since 2009. Prior to joining Employers Council, Mary was the Chief Legal Officer for a variety of companies in the healthcare industry and those providing services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As in-house counsel, Mary supervised the HR department, providing legal advice and guidance for all employee related issues and organizational compliance with state and federal employment laws. Prior to going in-house, Mary was a civil litigator with years of experience representing healthcare defendants throughout CA.
