Gayle joined Employers Council’s Colorado Membership team in June 2024. She provides legal advice and training on a wide variety of employment law matters, including workplace discrimination and harassment prevention, ADA accommodations, managing leave issues for ill and injured workers, and other employment-related issues. She also provides representation for employers in administrative proceedings with the EEOC, the Colorado Civil Rights Division, and the Colorado Department of Labor. Prior to joining Employers Council, Gayle practiced for fourteen years as a family law attorney, representing families in various domestic relations matters. Gayle is licensed to practice law in Colorado.
