I am a Human Resources Consultant on Employers Council’s California Legal Services team, where I partners with our members to navigate complex HR and employment law challenges. I serve as a trusted advisor to leaders by providing practical, business-minded guidance that balances compliance with strategic workforce needs.
Since joining Employers Council in 2022, I have leveraged nearly 15 years of HR experience across diverse industries—including startups, nonprofits, healthcare, and manufacturing. I have deep expertise in talent management, HR process improvement, performance management, and strategic planning, with a proven ability to help organizations build strong HR foundations and drive sustainable business success.
I'm a proud alumni of the University of Evansville where I got my Bachelor's in Business Administration with a concentration in management and a minor in psychology. Early in my career, I specialized in building HR infrastructures from the ground up, an experience that continues to inform my consultative, solutions-oriented approach today.
Based in Gulfport, Mississippi, I enjoy kayaking, puzzles, miniature models, following the English Premier League (Go Liverpool!), road trips, cruise ships, ice cream from Cold Stone, and spending time with my beagle, Willow. I also love good books—particularly mysteries and historical fiction—and I never turn down a trip down a lazy river (proud waterpark season pass holder).
