I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Human Resources, with distinguished honors of Summa Cum Laude, from Columbia College in Denver. I began my HR career as an HR Generalist for a small manufacturing company, where I was promoted to HR Supervisor. While in this role I enhanced several existing programs, implemented a 401 K program, structured compensation, and overhauled the onboarding experience. I went on to work for a Fortune 500 technology company as an HR Service Delivery Consultant. In this role I participated in the implementation of a metrics-based employee and customer engagement system, supported the migration from one HRIS to another, while also providing consultative services to employees across all levels of the organization in a variety of HR Functions.
As an HR Consultant with more than 10 years of HR experience I have a wide range of experience in multiple functional areas of HR including Talent Management, Employee Relations, Training and Development, HR Compliance, Performance Management, and Strategic Planning. Having worked for both a small manufacturing company, and for a Fortune 500 technology company, I understand the unique challenges faced by both small and large organizations. My passion lies in building relationships and creating exceptional environments that people want to work in.
