Artificial intelligence (AI) has quickly emerged as an influential force in society and the workplace. At Employers Council’s recent conference and at the 2023 Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) conference, discussion of AI topics infused general sessions and breakouts. The news media is full of surveys and stories about the issue, and members have looked to us for help to address their workplace challenges and opportunities with AI.
In response to member needs, the Employers Guide to Managing AI in the Workplace was developed. It builds upon the research conducted by Employers Council staff and outside sources. The guide offers practical action steps, essential considerations, and guidance to additional resources.
