Colorado employers are subject to new employment laws as of August 7, 2023. This Employers Council article explains the new laws to help you determine if they apply to your organization. HB23-1006: Employers must notify employees about the availability of income tax credits. The sample notice will be drafted by the Colorado Department of Revenue and had not been published as of this article’s writing. Employers Council will alert members when the sample notice is published.
