The Wage and Hour Division enforces the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and is committed to supporting the mental health of workers and protecting equitable access to job-protected leave through outreach and enforcement of FMLA. As a result, the Division has issued new resources for workers, worker advocates, employers, and their representatives. 

• Fact Sheet #28O: Mental Health Conditions and the FMLA outlines the law and can be helpful to employers and employees. 
• Frequently Asked Questions seems to be geared toward employees, answering questions they may have about when job-protected leave is available.
