As an HR Research Consultant with Employers Council, James leverages his experience and research to consult with employers on their organizational practices. He enjoys researching, writing, presenting, and training on topics such as HR compliance, organizational effectiveness, and business management topics.  As manager of the Employers Council Speakers Bureau, he connects staff speakers with community organizations who seek reliable expertise for their events. Prior to Employers Council, his career included working in the public sector with workforce development and higher education, and in the private sector in HR and business management.
