Wayne possesses over 30 years of Human Resources experience, primarily as a Generalist and Recruiter. He has been with the Employers Council for 9 years, serving members in several states as a Human Resources Consultant. Previously he performed in a similar capacity for the payroll provider ADP, Inc., as a Human Resources Business Advisor for nearly six years, handling a wide variety of H.R. issues. He has also worked for several firms along the Colorado Front Range, most notably Key Bank and Frontier Airlines, as both an HR Generalist and a staffing specialist.
Additionally, he has professional expertise from working extensively in California, mostly as a Corporate Recruiter. In his previous life, Wayne spent several years in Los Angeles and his home town of New Orleans, LA, working as a radio and cable TV sportscaster.
EDUCATION:
Wayne has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from Louisiana State University and holds 2 Professional Human Resources certifications. He lives a quiet, semi-normal life in the countryside just north of Fort Collins with his significant other, Kay.
