Valorie currently serves as the Director, Member Experience & Information Services. In this capacity, she and her team work to ensure that our members are provided with the service, resources and information that they need to maximize their membership with Employers Council. In her previous role with Employers Council, she led a team of professionals who worked with organizations to create solutions and strategies to build and maintain exceptional workplaces. Prior to coming to the Council, she had over 20 years of human resource management experience. In addition to owning and operating an HR firm, she served as the top HR executive for organizations in both the public and private sectors, providing strategic direction and advising executive leadership. A graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, she holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
