As one of Employers Council's Senior Affirmative Action/Pay Equity Specialists, Kimberly helps member organizations navigate complex federal and state compliance issues, including pay equity analysis, government reporting, and OFCCP audits. She leverages a comprehensive background spanning more than sixteen years in the service industry, where she gained considerable experience in operations, corporate strategy, and as an HR Generalist. Her wide-ranging skill set also includes benefits administration, payroll, employee relations, and brand management. Kimberly holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, from Eastern Michigan University and a Master of Management from Walsh College. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
